What is the process of customization?
1. We make the formal drawing for you to confirm.
2. Customer arrange the deposit.
3. We build the mould according to drawing and produce customized glass container samples.
4. Send photos and videos for customer reference. Once confirm, we will send actual samples to customer.
5. If the customer is satisfied, we will go to the formal order. If any dissatisfaction, we will responsible to change until customer is 100% satisfied to the samples.

Is your glass bottles 100% recycled? What certification do you have?
Yes, our glass bottles is 100% recycled. We have ISO and FDA certification and all of our glass containers can be used in food contact.

What if the goods we buy have quality problems or are damaged in transit?
First, you can request samples from us.
We guarantee that the quality of the bulk goods will be the same as the sample. If any bottle quality does not match with the sample or any bottle broken in transit, we will replace it for you free of charge.
