How to custom glass bottles?
Step 1: Issue preliminary drawings
We issue technical drawings based on the customer’s glass bottle samples or any idea based on our bottles. If customers have drawings, we will give our own drawings to them for confirmation.
Step 2: Issue formal drawings
After signing the contract, we will issue a formal drawing for the customer to confirm again, including detailed capacity, weight, height, diameter, closure size, etc.
Step 3: Build custom mould
We have our own mould factory and use the best alloy molds to produce moulds 100% according to drawings. Good molds are crucial to the production of high-quality glass bottles. High quality is our forever pursue!
Step 4: Make bottle samples(Sampling)
This step allows customers to see what the custom glass bottle will look like when it is finally produced before placing an official order. You can further observe the craftsmanship and transparency of our bottles.
Step 5: Glass bottle decoration samples
We also can provide a full set of decoration services, such as: Silk printing, gold stamping, decal, color spraying, engraving, etc. Don’t hesitate to contact us about your requirement!
Step 6: Mass production and packaging
After you confirm the quality of our samples is correct, we will start to produce bulk orders. We will use safety pallet packaging for glass bottles to guarantee it will not damage during the shipment.
